Clicked the link and it launched a new tab in Safari. Tried deleting the cookies last time, and clearing the chase with alt+click on the refresh icon in the address bar, but it happened...

Sorry to hear the log out problem - is this being logged out of the whole FX user account, or is it just the forum you appeared logged out of? I keep getting logged out now too, and so the new posts are being lost when I click the 'quick link'... meaning I have to go through all the forum threads to see "what's new".

Angus, SKoT and Rhi all at least have been at NAMM, but I'm not sure about the others running backend. They should implement Google's latest ReCaptcha for registration to stop these guys. Agreed it's becoming overbearing, as, too the slowness of the site whole. :(

You should be able to find it in the control panel > programs > programs and features. Then, simply delete it. You could also just install a new/old version over the top.
