Not on a PC, no. Well, that was - that (Captain Hastings^^) I work in Adobe products all day for work, and if they didn't have tons of shortcuts and workflow enhancements, I probably would have gone crazy many moons ago. I am 100% with you there. And OT know too many people who disliked shortcuts a...

I can't use the stand alone (which is what i usually do with Guru) so I can't really get a look at the improved functionality that might provide. Just a short one here, mate - I know that's not what you're after, but the good old trusty Minihost by tobybear (which if I'm not too wrong appears in th...

...and another good (and highly legal^^) idea to get around the nasty challenge response thing (makes no sense from all sides to discuss it, for companies it seems to be very important against crack users, for customers it can be a pain if you invest in many software titles and have to save concerni...

I have to admit I never, up to now, loaded Guru into Kore2. Latest versions here as well (Guru 1.612 is latest, I guess). Here it works - setup my Guru kits and all , press play on the Kore2 hardware - works. Hmmmmm......

I am one of those users with not the newest laptop, (dual core 2.20GhZ from 2008), and am extreeemely grateful for this update. I could have optimized my machine until the cows come home (this term, for all not native english-people, is for example to be found in the nice ravenspiral guide ;-))), bu...

Thanks VERY much Steve, I know how the first days and weeks after a major release are :D. If it is something not to be solved easily, just tell me, even if we all know how all of us love to directly PLAY the new supersynths, I could wait for some days. If I am supposed to do anything (say, cancel th...

So have a good holidays at Barbados, Angus! (only joking, after reading the KVR monster-thread a bit^^) Ireland is much better, in my opinion (I sometimes favour minorities anyways, who would like Barbados if you can have Ireland...; okay, I know people who have been in both places and really favour...

That might sound a bit stupid to you, but owning Guru I thought I'd never need "Maschine". I am no developer wizard or someone who knows all about why companies release this or that, but as I heard from Maschine, I thought, "hey, they are going to, err, copy Guru in a way".

He's running 2.58, Angus, as I can see at his slightly small picture. vibes, the trouble is I didn't setup anything unusual at all. I put my guru dll in the plugin-folder for my instruments, like a ton of others, and after Reaper scanned them automatically (you got your options setup right, otherwis...

Hi, Guru loads perfect here in Reaper (2.58 or the 3 beta7). I see you get a "runtime error". Is this only with Guru (as i never got this error message in Reaper at all)? Just tested it, loaded Guru in a track I had played with my trusty old DR008, and everything worked fine. Guru before t...

to answer this quite senselessly myself after a loong time, this happened before SP1 with quite a few plugins. And was solved then (I told Peter Linsener from Linplug at that time who confirmed this behaviour for his synths). Well, at least nobody thinks there still would be a vista-bug, as my Guru ...
