Tremor - Sub Outs are back!

fixed.

deleted aux channels and internal routing and set 'em up again.

beats rebuilding the whole template, but it took a few nights to get it to be that easy.

Tremor - Sub Outs are out! (and oh yeah, by the way....)

removing tremor from project and re-instantiating didn't work. creating another project from the same template -- nada. rolling tremor back to 1.0.2.7. (last known version that worked with this template), also no go. troubleshooting now approaching the same amount of time required to rebuild templat...

Tremor - Sub Outs are out! (a little more info)

tremor's individual channels show meter deflection (except for the channel labeled "out", which i believe would be the expected condition for this configuration). tremor's MIX channel also shows meter deflection. tremor is also outputting MIDI, which can be recorded. the project's master f...

Tremor - Sub Outs are out!

greetings all first off, my disclaimer -- whenever you start to talk troubleshooting over a host-vs-plugin problem, let the mutual finger-pointing begin! and indeed, i find myself in just such a predicament. TREMOR: 1.0.3.0. DAW = Digital Performer 9 SYSTEM: Mac Pro early '08 | 8-core | 12 GB RAM Th...

brilliant!

now that i've finished getting all doctor frankenstein "it's alive! it's alive! it's alive!", i'll pause to say: cannot. thank you. enough. it works. it really, really works. i'm too deep into my own carefully set up BFD mappings to try the one pinned by sam_fx... maybe i'll jump in there ...

synth terminology: a REALLY rudimtary question

[snip] ..."Must be a killer to try and learn that at the same time as basic synthesis and instruments as complex as Synth Squad." ... yes, it's a crazy undertaking all right.... the most fun you can have outside of the Star Chamber! in fact all this reading up on synth architectur...

thanks very much for the suggestion! as i am at this point still getting my brain wrapped around the particulars of each of the synths themselves (and at the same time trying to get very quickly up to speed on the basics of synthesis in general), i must confess that i have not scratched Fusor very h...

MIDI-learn: a very rudimentary question

hey everyone i have an akai MPK-49 controller, and i'm considering experimenting with MIDI learn on DCAM: SySq. my thinking is to utilize the MIDI controller mostly as a way to experiment quickly, and arrive at (or at least close to) initial values. i would rely on host automation for the more subtl...

Using a MBP i7x4 core 8g Ram and I can tell you Tremor, when It works with out skipping is great.. but the CPU requirements are nasty.. IDK whats causing it, (is it programed in high level language?) When theres a lot going on and its rendering new things to the mix, its kind of nasty. I still sue ...

is anyone using tremor along with live8 on macbook air? i'm thinking about getting MBA (i7 seems to be the way to go) and would be very interested to hear people's experiences with this kind of configuration. i'm planning on using this for live performances, a scenario where freezing tracks might be...

don't know if anyone's asked for this already, but i found myself wondering whether a DJ-style x-fader for parts could be possible: it would allow you to start the next part while playing the current one, and then x-fade between the two. and, while i'm about it, yes i would love to be able to then h...

y'know, personally i wouldn't rush to ask for a change to the dcam look & feel, but that's just me. fwiw (and speaking entirely for myownself), i find the look of the synths very appropriate to their purpose. for me the dcam interface design actually imparts a particular mood in a way, of workin...
