Yesterday I tried to buy Cinematic Percussion for Geist, and the same thing happened once again. However, this time the product did not appear on my account and I did not get an email with reg codes etc, although I did receive an email from Paypal confirming the transaction, and I can also see it on my credit card statement.
I immediately contacted the support via the website form including all the details, but did not receive any emails with support ticket numbers or similar, as I was supposed to (yes, I checked the spambox). This is getting pretty frustrating, and needless to say, things like these (your money is gone, you have no product and and you can't be sure if support even received your message) should never ever happen.
Again, I used the latest version of Chrome on OS X. Here's a screenshot of the problem I described in the first post:

You can see the product is still in the cart, although I have just returned from Paypal and you'd think the cart would be empty.
EDIT: All good again, got email from the support!
