Clap-o-matic question

Postby Fenderchris » Fri Dec 20, 2013 8:18 am

While rummaging around my system I've come across the free FXp Clap-o-matic .dll.

It has never shown up in my DAW (Nuendo 64-bit) although I've installed it in both the 64-bit and 32-bit partitions on my system.

I'm assuming it should appear as a VST instrument, but does it even run in a 64-bit environment?

Will it work if I jBridge it?

Is it worth bothering about?
Nuendo 8.1.10 64-bit and Nuendo 10.2.0 64-bit, Windows-10 64-bit, i7 Quad core 2.67Ghz, 24GB Ram, Roland V-Drum TD-20X, BFD2 64-bit, BFD3 64-bit.

I'm pretty sure it's 32bit only but you could try it in jbridge. Are you running Sonar ?
I have installed Sonar 8.5 32bit version as well as 64bit so I could see if it works.

I did use it once years ago and can't really remember to be honest but it's free and it's small so what's to lose

I use Nuendo.

I agree. I was just curious as I have never been able to get it going. No big deal.
