Keep in mind that I tend to mix a lot quieter than the stock BFD2 presets were, and these new DLX presets reflect that. If a preset is too quiet, just bring up the master volume to compensate.

NOTE: One preset was added a few hours after I initially uploaded this .zip file. So if you happened to download the version with 12 presets, go in and grab this one for an additional DLX preset.

Can someone please repost these presets. They are no longer available for download. Thanks!!!

Here's my first DLX preset. It's actually my first preset that I'm kind of satisfied with. I used the Sonor kit. I'll be posting more later. Let me know if it sucks. I'm still learning. This preset plays great on my e-drum kit.

Here's another DLX Preset. I used the Backyard kit for this one. I modified the kit to have 3 toms instead of just 2.

Thanks!!! I'll be posting the rest of pack sometime soon. I'll probably upload at least one preset of each kit for the Deluxe, XFL, and Jazz expansion packs. I'll also be getting to the BFD1 kits.

I've also edited both DLX kits since the last updated 1.1 versions. Made a few good changes.

Sounds great, I have all the expansion packs, and I prefer to start with good sounding presets, so keep 'em coming :D

I just made an EJB kit that I think would be killer for modern hard rock and figured I'd upload it here since it's been a while.

I've tried to add this preset but it's not showing up in BFD2's presets. It's been a long time since I've added a preset. I'm on a Mac and I put the preset in the documents/FxExpansion/BFD2/presets folder with all the other presets. I know I have to rescan something. I've rescanned the data paths but I don't see one for documents/FxExpansion/BFD2/presets. Am I missing something or has something changed in the latest update to BFD2?

Thanks,
Bob

I've found the preset. For some reason it's not in alphabetical order like the other presets. It shows up at the beginning of the EJB presets. It might have something to do with when I opened the preset it shows as All American Rock instead of Modern Rock as in the preset menu. Anyway thanks for the preset.

:D

Hey Bob,

Trash and Re-Build the database. If that doesn't work then just add it manually via the load button and then select yes when BFD asks you if you wish to add it for future use.

Cheers :)

Looks like many of the download links in this thread are dead. Fxpansion can't alot a little hard drive space on the website server for users to upload and share their mixer presets? The presets are like 250kb each.....
