Most preset downloads are gone

Postby nathanhall » Sun Sep 12, 2010 2:42 pm

How frustrating! Most of the preset attachments in this thread cannot be downloaded. Can someone from fxpansion restore them to the server? It looks almost like someone went through and deleted all attachments more than a year old.

Some of my Rapidshare links if any here may have gone offline yesterday as Rapidshare decided to change my account settings without my knowledge... Grrr  They should be ok now. Not sure about the direct hosted links in the forum however.

Your links work fine now; however the majority of the forum-hosted links still seem to be down.

Any news on official FXPansion presets update?

Postby little HEFTY » Thu Sep 23, 2010 11:42 pm

Hey all,
I can't wait to check out some of the presets you have kindly donated to the BFD community Cheers!

Under the FAQ's section on the BFD site it they say that more official presets will be released soon by iconic producers.
Has anyone heard any news on this?

ECO seems to be loaded with useful presets - you would think that the flagship program would have what ECO has and more!

After using NI Abbey Road 60's drums I think the out of the box presets are definitely in need of an upgrade?
While their at it how about creating a Roland TD9 keymap!

Apologies if this is not the best place to post this. But it is regarding presets :)

Cheers,

little HEFTY

The plan is to include BFD2 versions of the Eco patches in BFD 2.2. Since we'll be using BFD2's Eco preset import feature, we want to make sure it works (2.2 is now full to final beta).

Files removed

Postby FretBuzz » Mon Dec 27, 2010 1:13 pm

Hi - just found this thread but when I try to download presets by AshleySmith08 each one says files removed by user or an error occurs - have the files been put somewhere else.

Thanks

AshleySmith08,

Is there any chance you could repost your "Eddie Kramer" preset? I've had a PC meltdown (again) & lost the files.

Ashley,

Thank you. I'll make sure I back them up this time. Also, these presets are great.

This is a modified file for the Peart kit based on what Ashley originally posted. Has more bite for my liking. I notticed the toms were a bit flat. Add some EQ (not in the preset here) to the toms to polish them up a bit.
