I would say most likely, yes. We have a large and growing community of happy Geist users, it is very much in our interest to keep things going! Feel free to make feature requests.

good! it is probably the single best solution to percussion arrangement ever released if you ask me. nice work!

well if i had my way, geist would host VST plugins, and would allow you to write to the same pattern using many different grid values. how about a full screen mode? oh and there would be many more patterns per engine. like at least 64.

but seriously: bravo. what an awesome plugin. ok ill stop saying that now.

You don't have to be optimistic to see that the opposite of what you're fearing is most likely. In an age where a simple Facebook Like is worth money and mind-share, imagine the per-person value of a "happy product user and purchaser." It's almost immeasurable.

With that in mind, invert the sentence to this form: "I would say most likely, yes. Feel free to make feature requests. Since we have a large and growing community of happy Geist users, to NOT keep things going would very much NOT be in our interest."

It just dawned on me, what if they put geist on the shelf and come out with Guru 2!

Just kidding!

Hah, well if it fixes the long list of crabs then so be it. Still really hoping 2.0 is impressive.

Yeah, I too hope Geist 2.0 is impressive, but at this point all I want is AAX compatibility!

I sure as hell hope so! Geist is SOOOOOOO close to being perfect for not only beat creation, but as a software sequencer for external synths, and live PA tool. I really feel that with a few changes, Geist would be the ultimate software "groovebox".

Seriously, there are a ton of features that Maschine users want that Geist has had for two years! Don't abandon this one FX, you have a winner!

I just put a build of Geist in to QA that has AAX support (64 bit AAX on windows, 32/64 bit on mac). Hopefully it will pass QA and be out to beta and full release soon (although i make no promises about time scales).

I've never been a beetz-maker before, but I'm really enjoying Geist. I'm certainly looking forward to any updates to it.
