Sorry this was originally supposed to be in the Feature Request thread... Please relocate if appropriate

While this can be done by wrapping Bloom in a sub host and using a compressor a ducker, it would be nice to see Bloom include a ducker in its architecture. The most common use would be at the output, but I can see some creative uses as a relocatable block.

However in principle if should be possible to use the Env Follower controlling the master wet/dry mix to do basic ducking but it seems there's not enough gain to manage it: the control hardly moves even if the input level is pushed. Could this be a bug?

The envelope follower would be the way to do it, but yeah, it only has a gain of 1, so doesn't have enough of an effect with quieter input signals. A gain boost has been requested though, so hopefully it'll make an appearance at some point!

Glad to hear this is a known issue. :) Sad to hear that it hasn't been officially acknowledged and may take an indefinite amount of time to fix... :(

Here's hoping it won't be too long....

You realize that this product was not updated since 2013? So it doesn't matter if its a known issue or not.
