Product could not be authorized- Help??

Hi all,

I recently bought a couple of the epik drums expansion packs for BFD3. I managed to authorize one of them perfectly fine without any trouble, but when I came to authorize the other expansion pack within the license manager, I got an error message saying it could not authorize and the serial number may already be in use. I followed all the steps exactly the same as the first expansion pack and I made sure my license manager is the most up-to-date version, so I'm sure it's nothing I've done wrong...

I sent a message to FXpansion/Roli support a week ago now and I still haven't heard back from them, which seems to be consistent with a lot of other people with support problems. If anyone is able to help or shed any light on this, I'd really appreciate it

Have you tried contacting Sonic Reality?
