ticket wont start

ticket wont start

I bought a license
registered it
downloaded the installer
now ticket is just a large page of small text ....what did I do wrong?

go to your account and download the BFD3_Core_Library.fxfdownload File via "save as"

after start the License Manager and login to your Account !

than go to the File Tab/Options/Preferences and change the Download Location if its needed !

after that go to the Products Tab/Open Download Ticked and locate your BFD3_Core_Library.fxfdownload File and the download begins to start for the Core Audio Library !

when I try to download that file I just get a page of text without any options
it shows up in my registered products.
the installer worked no prob

you needs to download this file not with double click in your browser , right click and save as

after that you needs to open it as i have said above

there is save taget as or save picture but no save as

ok then use "save taget as"

here are many international user , and for this user in their own language its different in the Browser as well


here are already some threads about the same you asked also

save target is greyed out and un usable;all I can get is this

From the BFD3 Download page...

INSTRUCTIONS

Download Users
1) Download the BFD3 Software Installer
2) Download the ticket for downloading the Core Library audio data
Note - if having issues, right click on this link and select "Save As": Download Ticket

Go back and Right click on the words "Download Ticket" and select "Save As"

Or simply use firefox, then everything works fine.

I wondered if it could be a browser issue so I downloaded chrome and have been using that .Could that be an issue???

IE opens all files with unknown extensions as xml's, that's the issue.

thank you, that might of been helpful to know that yesterday...I just downloaded firefox leaving license manager running, and I cant tell from looking at if if there is activity now
