Hello! I have bought BFD wooden snares yesterday. I have downloaded the Ticket V. 1.0..0.1. When I make a double click on it, it opens the Licence Manager. When I click on "Downloads" it shows that the download is 100% complete, but at the same time it shows that the download is 0.0 /7.1 GB (see attached file). And indeed the Licence Manager does not download anything. What can I do? Thank you for helping me

I downloaded the latest FX License Manager and everything worked! I actually received an email to my support ticket instructing me to do so and came here to post the solution and saw your reply. Thank you
The new Licence Manager is very buggy. First it crashed a number of times. And then finally it did only partial downloads of expansion packs (but it said 100% downloaded). I figured a workaround though: For the downloads to actually complete you have to close it and restart it again. Then it seems it checks the downloaded files for integrity and downloads the missing files. At least this happened with BFD Percussion.
I've just had exactly the same issue with my first ever expansion pack, plus the Licence Manager said it needed to update and then the update failed each time. Looking in my download area it seemed that I already had the last version for Win7/64 (126.96.36.199), but the latest version (188.8.131.52) was described as Win10/64 only. In desperation I tried downloading and installing 184.108.40.206 and it seems to work fine on Win7/64.
(I know, I know, Win7 etc. etc. but it's my studio PC, it's airgapped unless I'm actively installing new software, and if it ain't broke...)
