Haven't tried the Beta yet, but what I really want to say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for keeping Geist2 alive.

It is a GREATTTTTTT program and deserves continued development, enhancement, improvement, etc. I can't get specific yet (have to get back to it), but I am SUPER FRICKING PUMPED to see you guys coming out with an update.

KEEP IT COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not likely. It is still the same engine with the same bit-resolution.
From a programmer's perspective, this probably just means a more stable/more efficient engine.

That's correct - you shouldn't notice any change with the way the audio engine sounds itself. You should find that the overall efficiency and responsiveness of Geist2, especially with regards to the audio and GUI engines, should be a bit snappier than previous versions.

Keep an eye out for another public beta update coming soon with some of the fixes I mentioned earlier in the thread.

In Windows (any version you run, this happens to be 10) GEIST2 just closes out at random. Well not really at random, for example, it happens when you got to Save a Preset sometimes, when you audition presets too quickly, when you switch to a different view—the app just disappears and it's gone.

This happens so frequently, and again since the very beginning of GEIST, I can't understand the fragility of this program.

Everything is stable here, no crashes.
MacOs Mojave.
So hyped that the development of this amazing sequencer is continuing! I really love Geist ❤️

Hi. Good to see that there is still a team working at Geist2.
I have an issue with renaming the scenes. I don't know why this happens now.

Hi there, as per our announcements earlier this year, we're currently in the process of updating our installers to ensure compatibility with macOS 10.15. Please keep an eye out in the near future for more information regarding these updates.

Glad to see you've worken up from the dead.
So I installed Geist today to see what was up as I haven't bothered to use it for years perhaps.... I go to license manager, enter a username and password and this appears courtesy of Bitdefender....

Is this a feature or failure ? When I try to update a scene and the pattern of an engine is empty the ON status of the engine is not saved.
